Welcome to the Therapy Network North East
This network is for qualified and soon to be qualified counsellors, therapists, psychotherapists and psychologists. We're more than just professional development. We're a supportive community dedicated to peer support, meaningful connection, and self-care for therapy professionals. We know the therapy world can sometimes feel isolating, we felt it too. That's why we created our networking events.
We hold face-to-face therapist networking events across the North East quarterly and run Facebook and LinkedIn groups to support our network. We create a welcoming, relaxed space where practitioners can come together to build referral networks, learn about CPD opportunities in the North East, and find genuine support whether you're in an organisation or private practice.
Our next networking event is on Friday 11th September 2026. Our speaker is one of our founders, Louise Hiles, a UKCP psychotherapist and EMCC Senior Practitioner coach. Louise will be running an open Q&A on the business side of private practice. Fees, insurers, getting found, whatever you bring on the day.
